Meet Ivan
Iván Soto is an experienced real estate broker and the founder of Ivan Soto Real Estate, with more than eight years of experience in Puerto Rico’s real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has closed more than $50 million in real estate transactions and approximately 40 rental agreements, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across a wide range of price points.
Iván specializes in Northern Puerto Rico, with a strong focus on communities throughout Vega Alta, Vega Baja, Manatí, Dorado, Arecibo, and surrounding areas. His local market knowledge, combined with a strong emphasis on professional marketing and personalized representation, allows him to guide clients through each transaction with confidence and a clear understanding of the communities he serves.
Before entering real estate, Iván earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and spent approximately 10 years as a personal trainer, working with a clientele that included high-end and luxury clients. That experience played an important role in shaping his approach to real estate. Working closely with clients who expected a high level of attention, discretion, responsiveness, and personalized service taught him that luxury is not simply about price—it is about the quality of the experience.
Today, that philosophy is at the heart of Ivan Soto Real Estate. Whether representing a modest family home or a multimillion-dollar property, Iván believes every client deserves the same level of professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and service.
Iván resides in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, with his wife and business partner, Bárbara Flores, and their two children. Living and working in Northern Puerto Rico gives him a personal connection to the communities he represents and a firsthand understanding of the lifestyle the area has to offer.
Outside of real estate, Iván enjoys working out, mountain biking, and reading. His approach to both business and life is centered on consistency, discipline, continuous improvement, and building long-term relationships with the people he serves.
