Bárbara Flores is a real estate broker and co-founder of Ivan Soto Real Estate, bringing a strong background in sales, customer service, and client relations to every transaction. She has been a licensed real estate broker for more than four years, helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants navigate the real estate process with professionalism, patience, and personal attention.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Bárbara spent more than eight years in the insurance industry, where she developed extensive experience in sales and customer service. That background shaped the way she works with clients today—listening carefully, communicating clearly, and making sure clients feel supported throughout every step of the process.
Known for her warm personality, charisma, and genuine willingness to help, Bárbara believes that a successful real estate transaction is about more than simply buying, selling, or renting a property. It is about understanding each client's needs, earning their trust, and providing an experience that makes an often complex process feel as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Bárbara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Cooperativism, an educational background that complements her natural ability to connect with people and understand their individual circumstances and goals.
Together with her husband and business partner, Iván Soto, Bárbara helps lead Ivan Soto Real Estate with a shared commitment to personalized service, professional representation, and treating every client with the same level of care and attention, regardless of price point.
Bárbara resides in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, with Iván and their two children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys Zumba, gardening, and painting, activities that reflect the energy, creativity, and positive attitude she brings to both her personal and professional life.
